Help buying laptop (Canada)

I'm looking to buy a laptop for <$600 which can run some games(SC2, cs:go) without problems

one thing i could suggest if you want to play some games get one with the graphic with is own dedicated memory and try to get a drive that run at 7200 rpm

That one looks nice, but does not having 7200rpm matter? I don't need much disc space so should I try to get SSD?
