Help choosing between 2 laptops

I want to buy a gaming laptop and I need to decide between 2 options:
First is ASUS N550JK with GTX 850M 4GB DDR3
And the second is ASUS G56JR with GTX 760M 2GB GDDR5
The GPU is the deciding factor for me. While the 850 is ddr3, I understand it can reach the same level or even beat the 760. Is the ddr3 a disadvantage? Which GPU is better for gaming?

The 850M is clocked higher than the 760M and it's more battery efficient/produces less heat than the 700M series GPU's (http/www.notebookcheck.net/NVIDIA-GeForce-GTX-850M.107795.0.html).

I saw these charts but I think they generally refer to the GDDR5 variant, does the DDR3 variant also outperform the 760?

If it's a GT 850m DDR3 vs a GT 760m DDR5, then I would go with the GT 760m.

Benchmarks of DDR3 vs DDR5 graphic cards are extremely rare. In fact I only know of one; a desktop Radeon HD 6670 DDR3 vs a Radeon HD 6670 DDR5. Based on the 4 or 5 games used the Radeon HD 6670 DDR5 provided about 25% - 30% better performance
