HELP !! I'm locked out !!

I've inherited an HP laptop with Windows 10, unfortunately there's no way to get the password now that my sister has passed away. I ordered an admin password reset for W10 from eBay. I don't know how to load the disk, I assumed I could just put it in and it would run, WRONG!! Moreover, I can't even make wifi stay turned on, I know it's not the wifi itself bc my phone and also my tv both run fine, but when I turn it on and the airplane mode off it comes on, then when I touch another key wifi goes off!! HELP!! I'm about ready to pull my hair out!!

Are you locked out of the admin account? There's a built-in Admin account you can use. I recently had this issue with another user. What exactly are you trying to do?
