HELP! I'm stuck on 'Aptio Setup Utility - American Megatrends

My laptop is a X555UJ. Ok so basically I'm completely stuck in this screen. I've tried so much and I found the most common solution starts by changing Lauch CSM to enable but I can't even select that option, it's greyed out. I'm assuming I'm going to have to it to a technician but if anyone as any solutions that would be great!

Oh shit, don't worry I fixed it. Ok compared to all other solutions mine was really simple. Keep in mind that this might not work for you but in my case it did. I can't remember the option word for word but it was in the boot section and I think it said 'Boot Option #1' and I just changed that to the SSD I had installed. Not sure why there was no drive set to boot up but there you go
