I tried everything and Google play still wont work! Now messages pop up on screen and say "I need to update Google play survices" and I can't so I started using another app store but now it won't work until I update Google play survices! Can anyone help me?

It can be impossible to get of this situation. Be advice is to backup your content and restore the device to factory settings.
