Question Youtube and Spotify not loading

I can't download youtube or spotify. I can open the youtube website but when I click on a video, the video is stuck buffering forever and it seems like the channel logo won't load either. When I open spotify, it doesn't connect but I still can't download, open other websites, play games and everything. Please help
