Help me pls

Ok well I was downloading windows 10 on my hard drive and then i stoped the installation then I could only use 30 GB from 1000 GB so it's locked .when I open the icon in "computer"then there is nothing and only 30 GB space on it I need help

How did you download the windows 10?
Sound like you were creating an installation media on the hard drive. which if you read it at the website said will remove everything else.
If you don't have anything to recover, delete the 30GB partition can create a new one.
