Help me shop for a laptop

I work in the IT field and I am looking for an inexpensive laptop to study for IT certifications, open remote desktops for support, write programming code, and do some manipulation of computer graphics.

I found a PC I like, but it doesn't come with Windows 7 Pro:

I like the fact that the above PC has a good video card for the price. Anyone know where I could find a laptop with a similar video card, but available with Windows 7 Pro?

You could just ask them to put Win7pro on instead probably.

I did ask, and Tiger Direct said it was not possible.

If you want Win 7 Pro then you need to spend a little more money since it costs more than Win 7 Home, as well as having a somewhat recent CPU.
