help me solve my problem.

i own lenovo z500 laptop. ive been using it for 3 or 4 months. my laptop cant shut down,sleep or restart. i have to hold power button for a few second to make it shut down. sometimes i cant even use my cursor, it can only move but cannot do anything else like to press any button by cursor. please help me 🙁

try to format your lenovo..
i think your lenovo have corrupt some file but they cant fix or detect in your lenovo..
