Help me to choose the best laptop for Android application development

Hi I have a plan to buy a new laptop for Android application development.these are my two choices.
1.HP Notebook - 15-ac179tx
Intel® Core™ i5-6200U with Intel® HD Graphics 520 (2.3 GHz, 3 MB cache, 2 cores)
4 GB DDR3L SDRAM (1 x 4 GB)
AMD Radeon R5 M330 Graphics (2 GB DDR3 dedicated)
1 TB 5400 rpm SATA
1 year manufacturer warranty

2.HP Notebook - 15-ab253cl
6th generation Intel® Core™ i5-6200U (2.3GHz with turbo boost up to 2.8GHz , 3MB L3 Cache) Dual Core
12GB DDR3L SDRAM (2 DIMM)
Intel® HD Graphics 520 with up to 6191MB total graphics memory
15.6" diagonal FHD IPS WLED-backlit touch screen (1920 x 1080)
1TB 5400RPM hard drive
Not under manufacturer warranty.imported from USA.
Price: 43480

I don't know 12gb ram makes any difference in performance of application development.is anybody can help me.also give the reasons.

I would believe that the first option may be better only because of the warranty, but the other factors depend on what else is being done. If this will be strictly used for application development then I would believe that the second option would truly be the best as long as you don't mind the lack of warranty.
They both run relatively the same hardware when it comes to the specs of processor and and hard drives.
When it comes to basic applications and software used for the development, the Radeon really won't do you much good compared to just using the integrated graphics.
However the RAM that you have may play a small factor. The RAM lets you multitask more; meaning you can run more applications at once if you are working under a heavy load of applications (ie: Firefox or any broswer, the software for development itself, launching and relaunching the emulator.)
