Help! My Acer won't work, I'm desperate!!

I'm 13 years old and I am desperate for help to find out what is wrong with my Acer Aspire V5-132 laptop... When I try to turn it on, it doesn't do anything, just stays black and doesn't even make a noise but when I Plug the charger in the battery light turns on so the battery isn't stuffed... I think it has a virus because it happened after going on Project TV. Com a few times. I really need help because my step dad can't find out and I need to fix it!

I have the same problem here and they refuse to give me support because I bought my laptop in another country while traveling.

This company sucks, will avoid Acer in the future that's for sure.
