Help - My Computer Has Been Seized

Not sure what might have happened but my computer will no longer boot to Windows 7. I am able to go in to safe mode but that's about it. I have AVG & Malwarebytes installed but they will not run when opened. I did run TDS Killer but no detections. I even inserted the Windows 7 disk to try to do a repair but the disk will not load. I went to Malwarebytes page and tried to download Chameleon but still could not get Malwarebytes to scan. It started to but then just sat there for 3 hours saying it was doing a prescan but nothing every happened. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Try downloading Avira Rescue System on another computer. Once you've downloaded the live-cd, burn it to a cd or dvd. Then run it on your computer.

If it boot in safe mode, try creating a new account. could be your old account having issue

you need to disconnect your computer from the network, just try to get MB without being connected to the network in Normal mode. If you still can't get rid of it use combofix. If you stil have the problem go to google and look up the manual removal, the virus isn't that sophisticated, its very basic.
