I try to turn my laptop on and it shows the first screen that allows me to access the bios and system settings. My guess is that the MS boot loader is malfunctioning.
Some info about my system:
Dell inspiron 1545
The battery is crap and needs to be replaced
I'm running a dual boot off win 8 and 7
The battery died while I was on the computer and I haven't been able to get past the initial start screen...
