Help! My left shift key and control key don't work!

My right ones work but I don't want to use my right ones! It's harder! I'm using Windows 8. I can't take it out, so I can't replace it. This just happened yesterday. 🙁

Try performing a System Restore operation to before the problem occurred - preferably three or four days, to rule out any unfinished updates or software that you may have installed.
