Help Needed Please

In my workbook, the worksheet columns have changed from alpha (ex: A B C D E F) to numeric (ex: 1 2 3 43 5 6) and my rows are still numeric (eInx: 1 2 3 4 5 6)... how do I change my columns back to numeric?
