Help needed!!! sdk manager instant crash

Hi i need help with sdk manager it will not start and i need it so that i may change the language and locate on my galaxy tab 7 lite running 4.2.2 or could someone give e a simple root for super user so that i may just change it without sdk please ad thanks

If you're asking how to root your galaxy tab 7, there are plenty ways out there try a google search
