Help on HDMI on laptop

Hi guys! So ive been plugging the cable from my laptop to my tv screen and it works well(pictures appear on laptop and screen) and recently i have reformat my laptop and when i plug in the cable only 1 of the laptop and tv has picture. How can I change the settings to make them both work at the same time? I have tried Fn + keys and Windows + P. Nothing happens. Thank you in advance

not streaming, im just trying to watch a movie on the big screen

You need to reinstall all the drivers. Since you deleted them when you formatted.
