Help Please! Updated Graphic Problem

Hello, help please, I tried to update my graphic cards this morning so when it said reboot, I rebooted and then there are 2 grids and the screen is weird, i tried system restore and it didnt work. Help?

I want to see if the "grids" appear even before you load into windows. You should be able to load in to your bios with F2 or Del key, depending on you laptop. Once you get in to to, just let it sit there and see if the screen goes weird.

As soon as the loading windows disappears the screen becomes grid and weird

Then I would say backup what you want from windows, and factory reset or reinstall windows.

i doubt it, the install might have changed the hardware on the compiter

Did you try the BIOS thing? If you get in to the BIOS and the screen doesn't change, it's the driver's fault.

Hmm i see so what should i do if its the driver's fault

Well you said you removed the driver in Add/remove programs, and that didn't work. We could try removing it in Device manager, but if that doesn't work, we'll have to factory reset your computer.

i didnt remove the driver in add/remove programs, i tried it just now and it doesnt work, also i saw a some of intel programs in processors and system devices

Under "Display Adapters" in device manager, there should be a listing called Intel HD Graphics, or something like that. Right click and uninstall it.

Have you tried to enter BIOS yet? When you turn on your computer, press del or f2 a bunch and you should enter it. It should also tell you what key to press on the first loading screen.

i did and let it sit there for 1 hour and nothing changed

Then I think the only feasible solution at this point is to factory reset your laptop, or if that's not possible, reinstall Windows.

like i said, the software kinda changed the hardware of my graphics card

But if the screen doesn't change in the BIOS, I'm sure it won't change with a fresh install of Windows.

Your laptop may have the feature built in, by pressing a certain button at start up, or you'll have to download an ISO of you exact version of Windows, burn it to a CD or USB drive, and then follow these instructions if you have never installed Windows before.
