Help with bluetooth issue

I have a Gateway NV53 laptop. I want to enable the bluetooth but I had to download a driver. I tried to install the newest driver but it still wont turn on.

First of all do you have physically a Bluetooth installed in your laptop ? Check in Device manager to confirm if you have a Bluetooth card.
