help with buying a Laptop

I have £250 or $389 What is the best laptop i can buy to play games on.

CSGO,Dark Souls 1 or 2,Dragon Ball Xenoverse,Civ 5,Civ BE, Black ops II,Awesomenaughts,borderlands 2, Burnout Paradise, Insurgency,Starbound, any of those games would be fine

At such a low price you will struggle to run these games as the cpu and gpu will not be very good. All the laptops in this range will focus on portability and will only have a igpu with intel hd gpu or the amd counterpart.
