Help with choosing a smartphone to buy

Hello, I'm going to buy my first smaptphone but I have a problem with a choice so please help and any suggestions.
Smartphone will be use for: Internet, recording and play movies, chatting, simple games, navigation. At the moment I’m thinking between LG L Fino and Samsung Galaxy S III mini GT-i8200 VE.

I care about;
-good performance;
-good quality camera sensor for clear, colorful, well-defined images;
-recording movies in 720p;
-the ability to install applications on the SD card ;
-better display quality;
-good working GPS module. Is it working fine on S3miniVE ?;-working time on battery;

Actually S3mini VE (120 $) is cheaper than LG L Fino (144$) because of promotion on shop so I also have in mind the price.

In fino bother and teasing me function keys that are not in the normal place like every smartphone but on display. S3mini VE tempting me by the super amoled display, appearance, normal function keys and more memory.
After upload ROOM on S3mini will make smartphone faster?
Upload the ROOM eliminates producer’s warranty?

Which smartphone do you advise me to buy?

This two smartphone you have chosen are really good, but I think you can buy something better for the same money.

I suggest you to see other mobiles with similar price but with better characteristics ,like:
- Xiaomi Hongmi 2
- Coolpad F1
- Zte V5 Max
- Umi Zero
