help with droidcam

Hello I'm trying to use an application called droidcam, it's a program that can simulate your phone as a webcam on a computer thru wifi. But I have this problem that when I use the software for a longer period of time like 2h+ I lose connection to wifi on my phone and I can't reconnect to it all it does when I click on the wifi is saying connecting for half a second and nothing happens and the only way to fix it is to restart the router is there a fix to this?

Who manages your network router?

Could be some parental control setting limiting the phone's connection time.

If not the router then some other disconnect due to perceived inactivity; e.g., power saver - phone or droidcam software.
