Help with laptop/netbook purchase

Hello,
I'm deciding between the ACER aspire and toshiba satellit (less than $400). It seems like the main differences are intel vs AMD processors and graphics. Any thoughts?

Graphic, NO... Different is the CPU/RAM/look/feel/size of the laptop...
