Help with Lenovo y700

Issue with my lenovoy700. I don't know if this is Windows 10 but this is not my laptop in specific others with the same laptop have the same issue. But the keyboard will just shut off. I don't know what triggers it but I'm forced to hard shut down,so this is very very annoying any help would be great thanks.

Hi,
Can't really help you with this. If there is a BIOS reset switch on the Y700, try doing that. I recommend just contacting Lenovo Support.
