Help with my Acer laptop

Hello can someone please assist me I have an Acer Aspire 3 Notebook, it won't turn on but it can charge and there is a blue light next to the charging light what can I do please help.

Bring your laptop to a service shop. If you know nothing, you can't fix nothing.

This is like helping you with "My car has Check Engine On, and does not start, what I do".

have you tried removig your battery and leaving just the AC adapter connected? does it turn on? you may have a dead battery.
