toshiba c55 satellite will not turn on at all,,,,i have tried resetting the battery as described in other post,,,,still nothing,,,unfortunately no warranty

If you have a meter and know how to use it, I would check to see if your power brick is putting out voltage.
If it and your battery are dead, that may be it and is simple to rectify. If your power brick is putting out voltage you may have an issue that will require a professional to look at.

I had it checked today with the meter and it was reading 16,,,,,i truly hope its a simple fix just cord and battery,,,,,thank you so much
