I HAVE BUILT IN WEBCAM ON MY ACER LAPTOP, BUT CANNOT FIND IT ON MY COMPUTER. PLEASE, WHAT SHOULD I DO

Click 'start', and type 'device manager', press enter.

On the resulting window there is a list of devices, one says 'Imaging devices'. Click the tiny arrow on that line.

Your webcam should appear there. It should tell you what kind of webcam you have. If the drivers for the webcam ARENT installed, there will be something there with an '!' on it. You wilol need to find the drivers online (from acer probably), and install them to get the webcam to work.

Make sure all device drivers are up to date. The webcam should be visible in Device Manager -> Imaging devices
