Question HELP!!

My lenovo legion Y520 laptop can't handle games anymore and as i am playing games like rust cs2 my laptops battery is draining even tho i have it on charging permanently I have a geforce gtx 1050 and a intel i5 7th generation. It can run games on good fps cs2 at 120-150 fps and rust at 60-100 fps but it just downgraded all of a sudden. I have everything up to date laptop is cleaned fresh install and when i connect a second monitor my pc actually starts dying. barely even letting me talk to my friends on discord. when i have discord open talking to my friends my cpu ussage is on 70% and my gpu ussage is 70% also and i dont understand. when i am playing my games it loads me into a match or the server and whenever i try to move i get lag spikes permanently from 60-100/150-120 fps all the way down to 8-15fps

How much memory do you have installed in your laptop? Also, how full is your SSD/HDD?

How much memory do you have installed in your laptop? Also, how full is your SSD/HDD?

My SSD is 103GB used out of 237 and my HDD is 300GB used out of 540 and I have 16GB of memory RAM
