Question Laptop for Programming - Mac or Windows?

I'm currently thinking of buying a laptop for my senior highschool. What do you think is the best to get for someone like me who has a limited budget of around 35-40k pesos, which is around 600-720 USD? Which one should I pick, Mac or Windows? I'm not really a gamer or anything I just want it to handle the programming that I will be having.
