So yesterday I decided to factory reset my acer cloud book 14 because it would not connect to my wifi. Now it comes up saying acer then shuts back off. What do it do?

Reseat the RAM. You may have a hardware issue on the motherboard, usually sudden shutdowns right at the BIOS screen is hardware failure. Bad RAM maybe, bad motherboard, sometimes a bad hard drive.
