Helping sister find new laptop

So my sister wants a new laptop, but I can not find a notebook that matches her specifications:

1. Not from HP
2. Ultrabook
3. Screen size that is less than 14"
4. Less than $800 US

Hey,
i would advise you to go with Dell Ispiron 15z .. Under your budget its one of the best laptops + it has optional touch screen.. Also note that if u want a proper ultrabook which is even more lighter then you may have to increase your budget ..
