Need help my samsung s3 goes off when i take the charger out and won't turn back on my phone only works when the charger is in the battery is full aswel.

If it won't work when off the charger cord, but will work when it is on it, your battery is the problem.

While it might 'say' it is full, more likely it is dying and losing the ability to hold a full charge. This will often make a battery say it is charged when it actually isn't.

I would suggest replacing the battery.
