As long as it isn't a cheap charger and it's from a reliable brand.
If it's a surge protector, make sure that's reliable too.

For my laptops, for many years I've left my charger plugged in (with the computer off) for months at the time. I would never move my laptop and would just keep it on my desk so I just left it all plugged up.
