hi i have an Asus notebook (touch screen) and it won't turn on and when I plug it in to an outlet the battery led starts blink

Ohh and when I take the battery out the lamp led starts blinking also.i just upgrade to Windows 10.

Try taking the battery out and un-plug from the wall. Put everything back together and try again. Good luck!

A hardware reset needs to be performed. pull out power cord and remove battery and hold down the power button for 10 seconds. then put battery back in and plug power back in.

Also make sure battery pins are not bent/dirty It could be your battery is dead and you need to buy a new one.

I'm having this problem right now. .. I don't even see how to remove the battery?! Mine is a touch 2 in 1... help
