Hi I just need a little advice; If the sound on a television is gone can a part be bought to replace this certain part? And can it be bought and what is it

That depends on which TV and what's wrong with it. I can't think of anyone who would be able to diagnose this remotely; would you consider taking it to a repair shop?

Did anything happen just before the sound stopped, like a lightning strike or dropping the TV off a roof?
