hi is this laptop good or should i get a different one i am looking for a laptop that i can use everyday for learning researching and for school, i can animate on and game on for games like csgo and overwatch.

No, you cannot upgrade the graphics card; it uses the Intel HD 620 integrated graphics core. Only specific gaming laptop models allows you to upgrade the graphics card. They typically cost at least $1,400 USD and none of them are 2-in-1 laptops.

Not sure what you mean by "animate on" though. You can play CSGO on it. Here's a video of the game being played on a HP Spectre x360 @ 1080p and low settings.

Overwatch is a much more demanding game compared to CSGO. See following video of it being played on an Acer laptop with an i3-7100u and Intel HD 620. It should run a bit better on the Dell since it has an i5-7200u CPU, but it still has the same graphics core.
