It's not a good idea to publish your e-mail address n a public forum. You woudn't believe how many Spam e-mails you would have received.

As to your problem, did you install a new OS on to your old hard disk where the locked folders were stored? If so, they've gone. If you didn't do it that way, can you install the original OS and add the folders to it to see if that allows them to open?
