high teck lap

when I turn on my laptop, only the power lights are turning on but nothing is happen, clearly I tell:
the screen is not show any thing
the cpu fan not working(some times its work and then its turn off)
what I should do?

Well, first things first...

1: you need a prosthetic leg, right? The title reads "high tec(K) lap"
2: where did you got the idea from to say your machine is "high tech"?
3: probably your portable PC is old or has suffered with overheating or something similar. I suggest you assess the situation of the motherboard, as it might have failed.

3.1: i don't know where you live, but generally, notebook parts are INCREDIBLY expensive. Sometimes, not even worth the hassle and the expenditure. Instead, buy a new laptop and take your old HDD and trasnform it into an external HDD.
