Hi guys,
My name is Jordan. I’m new to this forum. I have had a Hisense 65H9D that I rarely used. I had my XBox connected to it, and while playin, all of a sudden the picture screws up. I have tried searching everywhere, so before Intake further steps, I decided to ask for suggestions on the possible cause for this issue. The TV is out of warranty, as I’ve had it for over the one year period. I have read so much about the T Con, but not sure if this is my issue?

You can see some picture, and there is sound.
I turned the TV on just now to Netflix, and you can actually see picture, but when I go to the home screen, or a menu, it goes back to a picture similar to the first picture above.

When I turn up the volume, the volume bar appears all distorted, but the picture is still there. What can this be?
