Hello all, looking for some help on a brand new Hisense Canvas TV (model number 55S7N). Just had it delivered and installed today and noticed a large vertical line (about 5in wide, from top to bottom of screen) on the left side of the screen. It looks like something is wrong with the backlight in this one place. I’ve done factory reset and nothing. I live alone and it would be such a hassle to pay someone to take down off the wall and help me bring it back to Costco. Has anyone seen this? Have any ideas on a way to troubleshoot? Hisense told me to contact Costco, I’m sure Costco will tell me to bring it in to rerun. Such a hassle if there’s a way to fix it. Any help is appreciated.
