Check that your TV doesn't have a shared component (3 RCA jack) composite video (1 RCA jack) input. The manual will tell you that and how to use it. Some TVs have inputs that require a breakout cable to use. Again check the manual.
If it doesn't have any analog video/audio inputs you will need an active composite video plus audio to HDMI converter. The console doesn't have component video outputs so that won't work.
