Hlw my Packard bell pc is on hibernate mode after touching his mouse it shutting down itself I don’t know but till now they screen is black and I tried it to switch on but still is dark

Press your power button for as long as it takes to make the machine switch off completely. Start it up again and press your Windows key and R together. In the Run box that shows up, type
cmd
then press the Enter key.

At the C:\ prompt in the black form that shows up and type
powercfg hibernate off
then hit Enter again.

You should see a success message but even if you don't, it will prevent the laptop from deep sleeping when you don't want it to.
