Computer T Series stuck on reboot and select the proper device, would it be the hard drive if so, how can this problem be resolved??

Yes it could be the hard drive, reseat it. Run a scan to make sure it's good, if your T series is Lenovo T models, there should be a disk scan utility in the BIOS. Make sure you don't have any USB drives or disks in the system.
