Question Homtom S16 Phone

My Phone does not come up normally. Once I put it on, a Chinese language shows up and it neveru change from that to normal menu. I would have to press +volume button along with power button for it to boot completely. Sometimes it does not respond. I've tried to flash but - volume button is not responding.

Looks like a cheap Chinese model, about $60 new. I would contact the vendor if it's in warranty. If out of warranty, just replace it.
