How do I hook up my old duraband surround sound system to my Vizio smart tv model number E28h-C1.

Well without knowing anything about the surround system like inputs, etc, we can't help much. Odds are though unless it has an optical or HDMI input there isn't much that can probably do.

U know what they tell you if you have to fix an old car with carburetor, find a mechanic with white hairs.

If you have to ask this question, post clear pictures of the back of the TV and the back of the Duraband, because we all understand pictures.

Your TV has an analog audio output on the back. This can connect to the analog input or aux input of any stereo or surround sound system.
