Not sure what model you have but if it is new enough that it only has one button for power most likely located on the side then this button should also serve as the input changer. clicking it once at a time will change the input on the TV. However, without other controls you won't be able to adjust picture, audio and other settings. If this is the case I suggest getting a universal remote.

Ok then. Why don't you start by asking your question properly.
No one here is going to understand what you want when you simply say "hook up vizio with no remote"
Hook up how? in what context are you asking this question?
What exactly is it you are wanting to do with your TV?
You mention dish tv in the post and it would lead me to assume perhaps you want to hook up dish tv network service?
I'm not understanding what it is you want because you are not being very clear as to what it is you want an answer to.
