Question Horizontal flickering lines

My TV screen will be perfect for about 5 seconds at a time and then I'll get flickering horizontal lines going through the whole picture. It just keeps going back and forth. This happened out of nowhere while watching TV last night.

which TV model is it?

most likely such a problem is panel related. You can try to push the frame a bit and have a look if it gets better or not. But might not be repairable.
