How are you getting into windows with no touchscreen or keyboard

My asus transformer went into airplane mode which disabled my touchscreen and wifi i cant sign in or access my windows

you can use Ease of Access services in the Logon screen of the windows. ( down on the left side of the screen)
then you will have a virtual keyboard you can put the password with it.
also other services are offered in there.

My touchscreen isnt working so i can not access the onscreen keyboard which is connected through my bluetooth which is also disabled when the airplane mode disabled wifi so I'm stuck on the the sign in page with no keyboard and no touchscreen. How can i fix this? I've only had it for 3 weeks. It's an asus transfortrant100 chi

Airplane mode would not disable the tochscreen, especially in a tablet where the screen is the main interface. It's like your car turning off the steering wheel when it got low on gas.

If you just got it, you can reset it to factory defaults, will turn everything back on. Will wipe the device but since it's new you should not have much on there.

The Transformers are often sold with a keyboard that attaches to the tablet. That is what they are referring to I think..
