how can I access my photos from my ad card on a Samsung galaxy lite ?

I have a Samsung galaxy lite and I can not access my photos from the sd card. What can I do ?

remove the SD card from the device, place it in the micro to mini adapter, then put it into a laptop and copy the files across from the card.
