How can I connect my emerson TV model lhd32k2ous to my sound bar model no ar2000

I connected the red and white cord to the TV and to the speaker and there is no sound coming out

The only audio output on your TV is a coax digital output. You will need a digital to analog converter like this one

to connect the TV to the aux input on the soundbar. You will need an optical cable as well as a stereo RCA cable.
